What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?

Renters must be 25 years or older. Exceptions may apply with approval.

Is there a required interval between bookings?

Yes, a 24–48 hour buffer is required between rentals.

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?

Minimum: 3 days

Maximum: No set limit (a new rental agreement is required after 3 weeks)

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes, we offer the following discounts:

5% off – 3 days

10% off – 7 days

15% off – 15 days

20% off – 30 days

7th day free when renting for 6 consecutive days 

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a $200 refundable deposit is required.

How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?

A 7.38% sales tax applies. Discounts are applied before tax.

How many miles are included with the rental?

250 miles per day OR

Unlimited miles option available

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?

Mileage overages are charged at:

$0.25 per mile

$0.35 per mile for higher overages

What are your standard business hours?

We are open 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, daily.

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Pick-up and return times are arranged case by case. Please call to discuss.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

Yes, with advance notice.

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?

Normally, delivery service is not provided.

Anywhere within 10 miles of 720 W Lake Street (has to be scheduled in advance): $125 one-way

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?

Yes. Custom deliveries must be scheduled in advance and approved.

Are there any important extra details renters should know?

Young Driver Fee (ages 21–24): $200 (approval required)

Prepaid Gas: $55

Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel

Late Fee: $25 per day

Retrieval Fee: $100

Do you offer additional equipment or services?

Not at this time.

What is the cost for an additional driver?

An additional driver can be added for $25, with proper license and eligibility.

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?

🚭 Absolutely no smoking (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.).
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

Are pets allowed in the vehicles?

🐶 While we love animals, pets are not allowed in rentals. A $150 pet hair removal fee applies if violated.

Are there any fees associated with tolls or EZ Pass usage?

Yes. Renters are responsible for all tolls, parking violations, and tickets incurred during their rental period.

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

Vehicles must be returned in the same clean condition as received. Cleaning fees may apply:

Moderate Cleaning – $50 (light dirt, bugs, small spills)

Heavy Cleaning – $100 (stains, strong odors, extensive bug debris)

Severe Cleaning – $150 (deep stains, steam cleaning required)

Pet Hair Removal – $150

Beach Sand/Sunscreen – $250 (detail required if vehicle is returned from the beach)

Extremely Dirty – $200

Filthy Condition – $300+

Multiple Issues – $250
